NetSuite has announced an important change regarding the release and support policy for SOAP Web Services endpoints, effective from 2026.1 release.
NetSuite currently releases a new SOAP Web Services endpoint with every major release (usually happens twice a year, e.g., 2024.1, 2024.2, 2025.1, 2025.2, etc.).
What’s Changing?
From next year, NetSuite will stop providing a new endpoint. With every new NetSuite release (e.g., 2026.1, 2026.2, etc.), the oldest SOAP endpoint that has reached its 3-year limit will be deactivated. So, with the 2026.1 NetSuite Release, the 2023.1 SOAP endpoint will be turned off, when 2026.2 comes out, the 2023.2 endpoint will be turned off, and so on.
This pattern will continue for subsequent releases.
Recommended Action:
To ensure continued access and compatibility, it is strongly recommended that customers and integration partners begin transitioning to the 2025.2 SOAP Web Services endpoint or later. Doing so will maximise the support window and reduce the risk of service disruptions due to deprecated endpoints.
We advise all users leveraging SOAP integrations to review their current endpoint versions and plan their migration strategy accordingly.
