This proposal will include the possibility of adding a payment link and the QR Code for the email templates and making that template as default for every email.

For this update, we need to update the features inside the setup. Also, we need to update the email template for that and made customization on it.
Enable Payment Link in Company Preferences
In order to use Payment Link, you must enable the feature in your company preferences.
To enable Payment Link:
In NetSuite, we need to update the payment link in the NetSuite account for activation of the same.
Configure Payment Link
Using the Payment Link Setup record, we can choose how the Payment Link page appears to our customers. We can set the domain prefix, choose which payment methods to offer, determine what company information to include, and more.
To configure the Payment Link:
In NetSuite, fill out the listed fields for each category, using the following tables as references.
Customization of Email Template
In the email template, we can add the sections for the payment link variable and the QR code variable in the template.

To customize the email templates:
In NetSuite, we need to check the template for using email and there we need to make Customization for the same Click Customize next to the Standard Payment Link Payment Confirmation template.
In the Name field, give your new template a name.
This name displays as an option in the Payment Accepted field of the Payment Link Setup record, which you select to use for the Payment Link payment accepted email.
In the Create Template From field, select Text Editor.
You can now edit the text and tags in the field below.
Click Save to create the customized email template.
