Setup -> Import/Export -> Import CSV Records
In step1, select the import type and record type and also upload the csv file.
Click on the Next button.
In the step2, select the import options.
Then select the advanced options,
Check the checkbox “RUN SERVER SUITESCRIPT AND TRIGGER WORKFLOWS”.
It is to specify that any server-side SuiteScripts and workflows should be triggered for the current CSV import.
