When we click on the fulfill button on the sales order to fulfill the item. The IF doesn’t show any item to fulfill. Still, the Sales Order will show pending fulfillment.
This happens mainly for non-inventory items. We have a feature in the item record to check whether the item can be used for fulfillment or not.
If this feature is enabled and created a Sales Order, Netsuite saves the feature in the back end even if the feature is unchecked in the item record, Netsuite asks for the fulfillment of this Sales order.
So to resolve this, add the same item in the sales order again after the feature is unchecked. Then the sales order won’t ask for the fulfillment.
