The following steps need to be completed to support Request a Quote feature
- Enable the necessary feature
Enable the fields ONLINE ORDERING and CUSTOMER ACCESS

- Edit customer center role permission
Customers must have the Estimate permission set to ‘Create’ in their assigned role

- Verify search field and field sets
verify the search fields tab and Item searcher field set on the Field sets subtab


- Customize the standard Estimate form
Select the Screen fields subtab and Shipping sublist and enable the ‘SHOW’ column next to Ship To lable.

- Additional configuration setup
These settings include general messaging texts, quote expiration settings etc.
