Step 1: Generate the owner id from the clear tax portel using the credentials
Log in to your ClearTax E-Invoicing sandbox account – https://einv-sandbox.internal.cleartax.co or your ClearTax E-Invoicing production account – https://einv.cleartax.in based on which environment auth token you want to generate.
Copy the owner Ids respective to the GSTINs .
GO To Subsidiary record
Setup> Company> Subdidiaries> edit
Note: The Owner id the subsidiary record can be provided only if the NetSuite Account have Suite Tax & India Localization Bundle installed.
Go to Tax Registrations Subtab
Provide details for the following along with owner id:
- Country
- Nexus
- Tax Agency
- GSTIN
- Tax Engine
- Effective from
- Valid until (not mandatory)
- Registration type
- Owner ID
