- Replicating the existing Website Setup instance to the new environment.

- Full Data and Configuration Backup
- Te implementer will take a comprehensive backup of the existing SuiteCommerce instance, including website configuration settings, themes, extensions, custom scripts, workflows, categories, content, images, and media files. This ensures that all critical data is preserved and can be restored in the new NetSuite instance without data loss or inconsistencies.
- Adding details for the fields that need to be backed up to the new NetSuite instance for the website.
- The implementer will restore the backed-up SuiteCommerce theme and extensions, ensuring that all design elements and functionalities align with the previous setup. Additionally, any customizations, including SC Configuration records and scripts, will be redeployed to match the existing website experience. Version compatibility checks will be conducted to prevent integration issues.
- Item Images
- The item naming should match the current NetSuite instance to maintain the image naming format. Otherwise, all item images must be renamed according to the new item naming convention.
- SCA related bundles
Please note if there is any script which is locked by any bundle, we need to install those bundles in order to get those scripts.
- Data Migration
- The implementer will migrate below existing essential data related to the website to the new NetSuite instance,

- Scripts
- Commerce Categories
- Shipping methods
- Custom Fields
- Email templates
- Customer Password Reset
Once the website is completed and before going live, the implementer will send an email to all existing customers regarding their password reset. Customers will then have the option to change their password.
- Initial Setup with Test Domain
- The implementer will configure a test domain within NetSuite, ensuring a controlled environment for testing before going live. This includes setting up DNS records in CNAME format (e.g., www.bastionpacific.com.au.hosting.netsuite.com), assigning the test domain to the new NetSuite instance, and replicating all necessary website settings from the backup to maintain consistency in website structure and functionality.
