Create a Saved Search for Changes in Memo Field of Item Fulfillment

We can show changes in the memo field for IF records by creating a Saved Search.

  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Click Transaction
  3. Search Title: Enter Title
  4. Click Criteria
  5. Click Standard
  • Note: Always click ‘Add’ once Filter is selected and adjusted, as needed.
    • Select Type
      • any of: Select Item Fulfillment (or any type, depending on your use)
      • Click Set
    • Select Main Line
      • Main Line: Select Yes
      • Click Set
    • Select System Notes Fields…
      • System Notes Filter: Select Field
      • Field: Select any of
      • any of: Select Memo
      • Click Set
  1. Click Results
  2. Click Column
  3. Click Remove All button
  4. Fields:
    • Note: Always click ‘Add’ once Field is selected and adjusted, as needed.
      • Select System Notes Fields…
        • System Notes Field: Select Date
      • Select System Notes Fields…
        • System Notes Field: Select Old Value
      • Select System Notes Fields…
        • System Notes Field: Select New Value
  5. Click Save & Run
