Create a Saved Search Showing Items Whose Prices Changed Recently

Customers wants to create a saved search to help determine any price changes made within a recent period.

Solution

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.

2. Click Item

3. Click Criteria 

4. Click Standard

5. Filter: 

  • Select System Notes Field
  1. System Notes Filter: Select Field
  2. Field: Select Pricing

Notes:

  • You can use System Notes : Rate as well.
  • Select System Notes Field
  1. System Notes Filter: Select Type
  2. Type: Select Change

6. Click Summary

  • Summary Type: Select Maximum
  • Field: Select System Notes : Date
  • Description: Select is on or after 10 days ago

7. Click the Results tab.

8. Click Columns 

9. Fields:

  • Select Name
  • Summary Type: Select Group
  • Select System Notes : Date
  • Summary Type: Select Maximum
  • Summary Label: Type Last Price Change Date

Note:

  • Make sure to add the summary type when adding more fields here.

10. Rename the Saved Search.

11. Click on the Save and Run button.
