Create a Saved Search to Show Tax Transaction Line Details in a Journal Entry

User wants to create a Saved Search that shows the tax transaction line details in a Journal Entry.

  1. Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Select Transaction
  3. Click Criteria tab
  4. Click Standard subtab
  5. Filter:
  • Select Type
    1. Type: Select Journal
    2. Click Set
    • Select Tax Line
    1. Tax Line: Select Yes
    2. Click Set

Note: Other filter may also be applied such as Subsidiary, Period, and Tax Item, to name a few, to narrow down the result.
     6. Click Results tab
     7. Click Columns subtab
     8. Field: Add or remove field/s as needed
