Create Employee Report with Last Login Date

Scenario

 User need to generate Employee saved search to display an Employee Report with Last Login Date. 

Solution

 

  1. Navigate to Setup Users/Roles > View Login Audit Trail
  2. Click Create Saved Search
  3. Search Title: Enter Title
  4. Example: Employee Last Login Date Search
  5. Click Results
  6. Field:

  9. Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select and once adjusted click Add if needed.
  • Select Date
  • Summary Type: Select Maximum
  • Select User
  • Summary Type: Select Group
  • Select Role
  • Summary Type: Select Group
  1. Click Save & Run
