Scenario
User need to generate Employee saved search to display an Employee Report with Last Login Date.
Solution
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > View Login Audit Trail
- Click Create Saved Search
- Search Title: Enter Title
- Example: Employee Last Login Date Search
- Click Results
- Field:
- Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select and once adjusted click Add if needed.
- Select Date
- Summary Type: Select Maximum
- Select User
- Summary Type: Select Group
- Select Role
- Summary Type: Select Group
- Click Save & Run
