Create Multiple Release Preview Accounts

Scenario

You may need multiple Release Preview accounts to test all new features and custom processes prior NetSuite version upgrade.

 

Solution

From Production Account:

1. ​​​​​​Log in to Production account as Administrator.
2. Navigate to Setup > Company > Release Preview
3. Click Request Release Preview
4. Note: If the button is greyed out it means that the Release Preview account was already requested from this account. It is not possible to request another Release Preview account when it is being created or it is already created. You can request only one Release Preview account from Production.

From Sandbox Account:

1. Log in to Sandbox account as Administrator.
2. Navigate to Setup > Company > Release Preview
3. Click Request Release Preview
4. Note: If the button is greyed out it means that the Release Preview account was already requested from this account. It is not possible to request another Release Preview account when it is being created or it is already created. You can request only one Release Preview account per one Sandbox account. If you have multiple Sandbox accounts, you can request one Release Preview account from each Sandbox account if required.
