Create New Project not available on the Customer Record Create New Icon

Scenario

The Create New Project option is not available on the Customer Create New Menu icon

Solution

To resolve this, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Customization> Forms > Entry Forms
  2. Click Edit link beside the preferred customer form
  3. In the Subtabs subtab, make sure that the Show checkbox for Sales is marked
  4. Go to the Sublists tab > Sales subtab
  5. Make sure that the Show checkbox for Project is marked
  6. Click Save
