Solution

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Search > New
2. Click Customer
3. Search Title: Enter Title
4. Click Criteria
5. Click Use Expressions
6. Click Columns
7. Field: 
8. Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.

• Select System Notes : Old Value
• Description: contains Prospect
• Parens: (
• And/Or: Or

• Select System Notes : Old Value
• Description: contains Lead
• Parens: )
• And/Or: And

• Select System Notes : New Value
• Description: contains Customer
• And/Or: And

• Select System Notes : Date
• Description: is within Previous Month
• And/Or: And

   8. Click Results

    9. Field:

Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.

• Select System Notes Field : Date

   10. Click Save As
