For creating new page in SMT in pages take new page
Give the page name then save. then on edit tab place needed content types like text,html, images etc.
To publish the page , we need to publish the page as well as each contents added to the page.
select each contents and page , then publish. It will be good publish each content at its making time. if we publish all there will be error and it will be difficult to understatnd it.
