To create new NSPB users, the administrator should utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Identity and Access Management (IAM). If My Services (Classic) is still accessible, the administrator should manage the users in OCI to ensure that changes are reflected.
To Access OCI from My Services (Classic):
- Go to Oracle
- Enter the Cloud Account Name.
- Note: Refer to New to NetSuite | NSPB: Activate your Order for creation of Cloud Account.
- Optional: To assign the newly created user as a Cloud Account Administrator, click More Actions > Assign cloud account admin roles > Assign.
