We are trying to display Credit Applied lines on the Customer Payment PDF that is created via script

As per the below suite answer, we can show the Credit Lines while creating the Payment PDF by using the standard print button.

However, when we we create the PDF by rendering the same template with the renderer.addRecord API using script, it doesn’t populate those credit lines.

When we create the print by standard print option, it displays the Invoices that are Applied on that payment and all the credit lines. 

However, when rendering the same in the script, the Applied table displays all the Invoices that are listed on the Payment even if that is applied or not. And it does not show the Credits lines.

This is the behavior of both prints. It’s totally different. We cannot provide the PDF sample due to some confidential data.

I conducted tests on my end and the result is the same as yours. It doesn’t show the credit lines.

This looks like a potential defect so I suggest that you submit a case to the support team to have them investigate this.
