Scenario
There seems to be an issue with the Import Field Mapping. See attached screenshot. All fields from the uploaded Excel are missing on the left, and in the middle of the page, it is blank so no fields can be mapped.
Solution
We will have to ensure the following while preparing the file
- Don’t add Column Headers in Upper Case
- Confirm that there are no warnings are displayed at the left corner of the cell, to resolve those warnings
- Remove Spaces Before/After the Labels if any
- Don’t use a break within the Label content
- Best Practices
- It’s Better to use small Headers without special characters
- Add Heading for all columns that contain Data and there should not be any duplicate labels
