During CSV import sometimes record importing will fail with an error response message like ‘Invalid entity reference key…’
This is due to the field mapped to the document row value having different value types. But in some scenarios, the value will look similar to that of the record field.
To fix this issue check whether the correct reference type is selected for the field in the ‘Field Mapping’ page.
For this, click on the ‘Edit’ icon next to the field and choose the correct reference type.
The default value is ‘Names’, change this to the appropriate reference type.
