Custom body fields are not shown for employees who have edit permission in custom body fields

When an employee who has permission to edit the filed, can see that particular filed.

Check whether there is any workflow restricting the field to a particular role

Check the scripts which restrict the workflow.

Edit the workflow/ script to see the particular field.
