Custom field is absent from the available NetSuite fields for mapping in the CSV Import Assistant.

  1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > List
  2. Click the Name of the Custom Field
  3. On the Transaction Body Field page > Under Display tab > Set Display Type field to Normal
  4. Click Save
