Custom Row Disappear when changing the Subsidiary Context

  1. Using an Administrator role, navigate to Reports > Saved Reports
  2. Open the affected custom income statement report
  3. Note: Verify if it has custom rows if the Subsidiary Context is set to Parent Company (Consolidated) and the rows disappear if set to other Subsidiary Context values.
  4. Click Customize button at the footer
  5. Note: Please make sure that the Subsidiary Context is set to Parent Company (Consolidated) before you click the Customize button
  6. On Financial Report Builder page, click More Options tab and go to Audience subtab and multi-select all Subsidiaries under Subsidiaries field
  7. Then click Access subtab and multi-select all Subsidiaries under Subsidiaries field
  8. Click Preview
  9. Set the Subsidiary Context to other Subsidiaries aside from Parent Company (Consolidated) to check if the rows are now available for other subsidiaries. If yes, click the Customize button and Save/Save As the report.
