To import an existing Contact under your Customer’s subtab Customer E-document email recipient, you should have Company field populated on your Contact. Company of the Contact should correspond to the Company set on Customer.
1. Create a CSV file with fields: Contact Internal ID, Customer Internal ID, Contact Email;
2. Open Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records;
3. On page Scan & Upload CSV File choose Import type Custom Records, Record Type Customer E-Document Email Recipient;
4. Upload the file > Next > Add;
5. On Field Mapping page map:
a) Contact Internal ID = Customer E-Document Email Recipient: Contact;
b) Customer Internal ID = Customer E-Document Email Recipient: Customer;
c) Contact Email = Customer E-Document Email Recipient: Email;
6. On Contact Internal ID and Customer Internal ID rows click on the pencil sign and choose Internal ID from the drop down menu;
7. Run CSV import;
The Contact will appear under the Customer E-document email recipient subtab of the Customer.
