Customer shipping address Fields – limitations and Restrictions

On a Customer Record when entering Shipping Address there are some restrictions on the number and/or nature of characters that are allowed.

Here are summary of these restrictions.

In terms of number:

1. Addressee = 100 characters
2. Address 1 = 150 characters
3. Address 2 = 150 characters
4. City = 50 Characters
5. Phone = 50 Characters
6. Postal Code = 36 Characters

In terms of special characters, the following fields accept special characters:

1. Postal Code
2. City
3. Addressee
4. Address 1
5. Address 2 fields
6. Phone
