The user wants to customize the Item Fulfillment form and try to move the packages or carrier fields to the primary information.
Solution :-
Carrier and Packages is not customizable by design as data displayed in these areas are controlled by several settings/preferences. Moreover, the fields customers would want to move (Dimensions: length, width, height, 3rd Party Billing etc.) is part of FedEx® Integration.
Note: This feature (movement of fields under Packages and Carrier subtabs when FedEx® Integration is enabled) is not yet available within NetSuite.
