By default, the Bank Register report in NetSuite only displays transactions for a single bank account. Users looking to view transactions from multiple bank accounts within a single report need an alternative solution.
To generate a report that includes all bank accounts and their transactions, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Reports > Financial > Balance Sheet > Customize Detail.
- Click on the Filters option.
- Expand the Financial folder on the left-hand side of the report builder.
- Expand the Account Type folder and select Long Name.
- In the pop-up window, choose Bank as the value.
- Click Preview to review the report or Save to retain the customization.
This customized report will now display all bank accounts along with their corresponding transactions, depending on the selected Date range.
By implementing this solution, users can efficiently track transactions across multiple bank accounts without being restricted to a single default account.
