In bank statement imports, the date format should be MM/DD/YYYY. But even if the date format is correct, the error message will show. The error message is “The file could not be imported, because the date is not in the correct format”.
To solve this problem, Insert an apostrophe (‘) before the date/s (e.g. ’01/31/2021) and reimport.
