Deleting Imported FAM Depreciation History

Sometimes we may have to delete the imported FAM history due to some inevitable errors. To do the same, follow the below mentioned procedure.

To mass delete the imported FAM Depreciation History for a fixed asset, a Saved FAM Depreciation History Search should be created first.

1. Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click FAM Depreciation History.
3. On the Criteria tab, Add Asset.
4. Select the specific Asset.
5. Click Set.
6. Change the Search Title.
7. Hit Save & Run.

On the Results of the Saved FAM Depreciation History Search, enable the In-line Edit button.

1. Click the Name on the first row.
2. Hold the Shift button on the keyboard.
3. Select the Name on the last row.
4. Click Delete Record under the New column.

Repeat the above steps for all pages of the Results of Saved FAM Depreciation History.

Double check if the correct asset was selected under Criteria as the FAM Depreciation History were deleted, it cannot be restored unless you import it again.
