Disable email notification

To disable the email notification when creating a transaction record, follow the procedure.

  1. Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New.
  2. Basic Information: Name: Enter Name of workflow.
  3. Record Type: Select Transaction
  4. Sub Types: Select required transaction records.
  5. Execute as Admin: Enter Checkmark
  6. Released Status: Select Released
  7. Keep Instance and History: Select Always
  8. Enable Logging: Enter Checkmark
  9. Event Definition: On Create: Enter Checkmark
  10. Click Save
  11. Click State 1
  12. Bottom right corner: Click New Action
  13. Click Set Field Value
  14. Basic Information: Trigger On: Select Before Record Submit
  15. Event Types: Create
  16. Condition: To Be Emailed=T
  17. Parameters: Field: To Be Emailed
  18. Value: Static Value
  19. Click Save
