Description:
Disable the fields: Sales rep, Base amount and projected total in opportunity for all the users other than the administrator.
Steps:
Create a workflow with the following criteria:
Record Type : Opportunity
Tick the checkbox: On create, on view or edit, Execute as admin, Enable logging.
Create a new “State”
Click “New Action”
Select “Set field display type” action.
Select the required field in the “Field” and select “Disabled” in Field display type field.
Click on the condition option, select “User Role” none of “Administrator”.
Save the workflow.
Make sure that the workflow release status is “Released” when it is done.
