To display item descriptions and keyword META tags on SuiteCommerce Advanced sites, you need to add them to webstore items and include them in the field set configuration.
Start by adding the META tags to webstore items. Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items, select the item to edit, and under the Web Store subtab, locate the Search Engine and Feeds section. Add the required META tags such as:
<META name="description" content="Bargain electronics"/> <META name="keywords" content="Computers,Printers,Phones"/>
Click Save, and repeat this process for other webstore items as needed.
Next, add the META tag field to the site’s details Field Set by navigating to Commerce > Websites > Website List, selecting the website, and editing the Field Sets under the details fieldset section. In the FIELDS INCLUDED IN FIELD SET column, add metataghtml: Meta Tag HTML field, then click Submit, confirm the changes, and click Save.
If the updates do not appear immediately, clear the CDN Cache of your SuiteCommerce Advanced website by navigating to Commerce > Content Management > Cache Invalidation Requests > New, and request a new Cache Invalidation Action.
