The proposal details the new updates that should be done on the Dunning email templates. 

Requirement 

Add the email signature below (including the disclaimer) to all their dunning letters. They have 5 dunning letters for the UK and 5 dunning letters for the US.

There are few more updates required by SmartSearch:

1. Dunning letters for email – in addition to the email signature provided in the previous email, they would also like to add their logo on top of their dunning letters.
2. Dunning letters for printing – SmartSearch would like to add their company address and other details on the top right corner and footer with logo and some additional company details so it looks more like a letter.

Our Solution

We will update all the Dunning letters for the UK and US for adding the signature The mockup of the new updates will be the following:

Signature:

The signature needs to be added for all the existing dunning letters for the email. The multiple dunning letters are available in the account for UK and US.

The logo should be added for all the dunning letters for the email. This should be applied only to the Dunning letters for the email. 

Logo:

All Dunning Letters for the Emails are available in the account. All need to be updated mentioned as above:

All the Dunning Letters for the printing also need to be updated. The update is the following:

• Add the company address and other details on the top right corner of the Dunning letter

• Add the footer with the logo and some additional company details.

All the dunning letters for the Printing are available in the File cabinet. All need to be updated as above mentioned. 

Assumptions

• We are assuming all the dunning letters are available in the account.
• The signature and logo addition needs to be done only for the dunning letters for the email.
• All the dunning email and pdf sceneries need to be tested for all the dunning levels.
• Should be done both Sandbox and production
• We are assuming that the dunning set is already implemented in the account and we only need to change the update and for the testing dunning email will be automatically initiated.
