How to quickly identify which JEs had intercompany accounts where the box “eliminate” was not ticked, aside from clicking into each JE manually to check one by one?
Solution
By default it is currently an enhancement to show the eliminate field in Saved Searches via 239282 To make Eliminate Intercompany Transactions available on criteria and results options
You can create a Transaction Dataset for this, by following the steps below:
1.) Click on Analytics
2.) Go to Datasets > New Datasets
3.) Select Transaction
3.) Add this to the Criteria:
Click Transaction Line > Eliminate and set it to False
Expand Transaction Line > Transaction Accounting Line > Click Display Name then add your Elimination Account
Exclude the Elimination Subsidiary/ies: Transaction Line
Set to none of the Elimination Subsidiary:
4.) Save your Dataset.
