The Transaction Email Capture SuiteApp, which enables the email capability for Bill Capture feature, includes the following enhancements:
- Increase in File Size Limit – Previously, the vendor bill file attachment limit is 5 megabytes (MB). In the latest version, email senders can now attach files up to 8 MB in size.
For more information, see Sending Vendor Bills to NetSuite. - Send Emails When File Attachments are Missing Preference – On the General Preferences page, under Custom Preferences subtab, a new checkbox labeled as Send Emails When File Attachments are Missing is added. This preference is not enabled by default.Checking the Send Emails When File Attachments are Missing box enables the system to notify vendors or employees when email has no file attachment.When this preference is enabled, NetSuite sends a missing vendor bill file attachment email notification to the email sender. If the box is clear, no email notification is sent.
