We have created a custom checkbox named “IN B2B WELCOME SERIES“ under the subtab named marketing. We have created the workflow named “JJ WF B2B Email Series“ in production and tested it with the dummy account 18563 Harley Test. We have updated the workflow to trigger emails in a delay of 3 and 4 days.
The workflow will be triggered when the checkbox field named “IN B2B WELCOME SERIES“ is enabled. After completed the checkbox field will be disabled and the field named “Completed B2B Welcome Series” is enabled.

B2B_WelcomeSeries3
The first email sent will be B2B_WelcomeSeries1 when the checkbox is checked.
The second mail will be after B2B_WelcomeSeries2 after the 3 days.
The third mail will be the template B2B_WelcomeSeries3 after the 4 days after the 2 mail.
