Unfortunately at the moment we cannot send email confirmation for a transaction record being deleted. There might be a way by creating an UserEvent Script as an alternative. Please let me know if you are confident with running scripts in NetSuite so that I can I can ask my colleagues from SuiteCloud team to assist you.
An enhancement request is logged under #198712 Lists>Search>Saved Searches – Ability to create a saved search of deleted transactions/records and be able to scheduled it via email alert.
I send myself an email daily when records are deleted from a Saved Deleted Record Search so at least I know about it.
I don’t ask for (and can’t get) a pdf of the item.
