Add Email templates in SDF using NetSuite UI

We can include the Advanced PDF templates/Email templates in a NetSuite SDF project even if the ‘Import Objects’ option is not working in the VS Code IDE.

For this, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the required template page and open in edit mode
2. Click the action button next to the save button
3. Click on ‘Download’. This will give you the template object file in XML format without the HTML template content
4. Click on ‘Download Template’ to get the HTML content
5. Copy and paste the two files in Objects folder of the SDF project. For easy use, the files can be grouped under a new folder ‘Templates’ under ‘Objects’ folder.
