To enable the ‘Review and Place Order’ button, we need to properly configure the entity status ID in the ‘PURCHASE READY STATUS ID’ field. This field must match the internal ID of the customer’s status required for the customer to be able to make a purchase from the quote.
The ID of the status ‘SolutionProvider’, which is 23, has now been added to the configuration record. The ‘Review and Place Order’ button will now be enabled for all quotes with the status ‘SolutionProvider’, provided they have a shipping method selected on the quote and a sales representative assigned.
