Enter Email Domains in NetSuite

To set up Email Domains in your NetSuite account:

1. Go to Setup > Company > Email > Email Preferences.
2. Click the Email Domains (DKIM) subtab.
3. In the Domain Name field, enter the domain name (or subdomain name) you are using to send email from NetSuite. For example:

• If the email address from which you are sending the email is jwolfe@wolfeelectronics.com, wolfeelectronics.com is the domain.
• If the email address from which you are sending the email is jwolfe@marketing.wolfeelectronics.com, marketing.wolfeelectronics.com is the subdomain.

After the setup is complete in NetSuite and at your domain provider, an email address from the domain or subdomain appears in the FROM header of the email you send from NetSuite.

4.Click Save.

A banner appears containing the information for CNAME records. Use this information to add CNAME records in DNS at your domain provider’s website.
