Solution: The 504 error is a gateway timeout error that usually occurs when the remote endpoint is not responding in a timely manner (perhaps due to downtime or a heavy load). Either Netsuite or Shopify is down earlier. Verify if there’s a retry data, if so, please retry the error and see if it will go through. If there are none, we can safe to say no records were affected and we can mark the error as resolved.
