Issue statement: When running the Balancing by Segments Process, the customer is encountering an error: Status: Failed.
Solution:
To resolve the error, re-toggle the feature and run the Balance Transactions by Segments process again:
- Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features > Accounting Tab
- In the Accounting Tab > Advanced Features:
- Disable the Balancing Segments
- Hit Save
- Navigate again to Setup > Company > Enable Features > Accounting Tab
- In the Accounting Tab > Advanced Features
- Re-enable the Balancing Segments
- Hit Save
- Navigate to Transactions > Financial > Balance Transactions by Segments and set the fields as necessary
- Click on Run
- Click on Refresh until Status is Complete.
