Error when printing customer statement

When Multiple Currency feature enabled, users cannot print using a custom Statement form on Standard Statement PDF/HTML Template, which is causing the error “Multi currency customer setting was detected. Please use Multi Currency Advanced Printing Template“.

Solution

User needs to either use the Standard Statement form or customize their custom Statement form.

Use Standard Statement Form

  1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
  2. Standard Statement: Check Preferred
  3. Click Submit

Customize their Custom Statement Form

  1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
  2. Custom Statement: Click Edit
  3. Printing Type: Select Advanced
  4. Print Template: Select Standard Multi-Currency Statement Template
  5. Click Save
