In a OneWorld account, attempting to save a Sales Order with a Dropship Assembly Item may trigger an unexpected error. This occurs when one of the Assembly Item’s components is assigned a different Subsidiary Restriction.
Follow these steps to correct the issue:
- Open the component record.
- Click Edit.
- In the Subsidiary field, select Parent Subsidiary.
- Check the box for Include Children.
- Click Save.
After completing these steps, users will be able to successfully save a Sales Order containing a Dropship Assembly Item.
