Error while Transforming Sales Order to Item Fulfillment

Error Message: Items you have requested in the record have been deleted since you retrieve the form

Solution:
1. First, Do the Following:
Clear Cache & History Change Browser Change Computer
2. Then, check whether you might set an invalid value to a field?
3. Also, You might try setting a non-available field’s value?

Reason for the Error: Checking the above two it was found that in the Fulfillment there is some issue with setting the Status – Picked, Packed, or Shipped in relation to the items on it.

For Drop Ship Orders, the company is not meant to track the “Pick, Pack and Ship” stages of the shipment, simply because the shipment will come directly from the Vendor to the Customer. The company does not have visibility over the picking/packing of the goods, especially that Stock on Hand is not being tracked for Drop Ship Items.

Here, the Resolution is to Save the Item Fulfillment in the Shipped status.

Another case while deleting IF – it is because of :

If an item selected on the Item Fulfillment is either a Lot Numbered or Serialized Inventory, the problem is caused by negative Quantity on Hand for both Location and Lot Number/Serial Number.

To resolve, the negative quantity on hand will need to be fixed first. After the negative on hand has been resolved, Item Fulfillment can already be deleted.
