Errors when Previewing, Saving or Printing Templates

  • If you try to preview or save an advanced template and the preview doesn’t show up or you can’t save it, you’ll see an error message. This message tells you where the problem is, including the specific line and column where the error happened.
  • Similarly, if you’re trying to print a PDF and it doesn’t work, the error message will show you the template’s name and where the problem occurred in terms of line and column. To get more details about the error, you can click on “Detail…” to find out what went wrong. This information is useful for administrators to fix any issues with the template.
  • Please note that when creating PDFs, there’s a limit of 100MB for the size of the XML file you use as input. If the file is larger than 100MB, you’ll encounter an error when trying to print it.
