Scenario
There are instances when an Expense Report does not show on the EFT Bill Payments Page even after it has been Approved.
Solution
An Expense Report will shown on the EFT – Bill Payment* screen when the following conditions are met:
- The Company’s Payment File Format and the Employee’s Payment File Format are the same
- The A/P Account set in the EFT – Bill Payment Page and in the Expense Reports are the same
- The EFT Bill Payment checkbox in the Employee Record is checked
- Expense Reports are Approved
- Employee Record is not “Inactive”. If the Employee Record is Inactive, the Expense Report will not show on the Bill Payments Processing Page
- Subsidiary set in the Expense Report is the same Subsidiary set in the Bank Detail (account) used
- Expense Report Currency is the same with Company Bank Currency

There are instances when an Expense Report does not show on the EFT Bill Payments Page even after it has been Approved. In some cases, the Employee Bank Details stored in the ENTITY BANK (EMPLOYEE) field under the EFT subtab of Expense Report causes the issue.
This is not a necessary step to fill in for the bundle to work as the bundle only gathers information specific to our business needs. To prevent the issue from happening, leave it as blank since this is not a mandatory field.
