While activating themes or extensions in SCA, the activation status is continuously shows as “pending “. The issue exists even after 15 minutes of activation, then several methods can be done to resolve the issue.To solve the issue follow the steps described below.Try with each method given below.
method 1:
- Go to Customization > List, Records & Fields > Record Types > click List next to “SC ExtMech Activation”to Process
- Change State of all “SC ExtMech Activation “to Process records that are in “In Progress” to ” Error”.
- Then extension manager, now the status will be shown as “error”.Re-activate themes and extensions via Setup > Suite Commerce Advanced > Extension Manager.
method 2:
- Go to Customization > List, Records & Fields > Record Types > click List next to SC ExtMech to Process
- Change State of all SC ExtMech to Process records that are in “In Progress” to ” Error”
- Re-activate themes and extensions via Setup > Suite Commerce Advanced > Extension Manager.
