When the Amazon Order(FBA) to NetSuite Order flow is run in Celigo, the following error mesage is shown.
Failed to add Amazon Order# 123-4567-890. Failed to save record because Please configure the inventory detail for Item ABC.
As we are syncing the FBA orders, in NetSuite they are imported as Invoices. The above error occurs when there is no sufficient quantities of the Item in NetSuite in the corresponding location. Adjust the item quantity by creating an inventory adjustment and then retry the error in Celigo. The error will be resolved.
