Fetch Item Description by using Item Fulfilment Saved Search

Scenario

The Item Description column item fulfilment record is not accessible in the saved search. The item description field in the item fulfilment is sourced from the corresponding sales order record and we are not able to edit or add the same.

Solution

To pull up the exact Item Description displayed in the Sales Order transactions in an Item Fulfillment Saved Search, the User can perform the following steps:

1. Edit or Create a Transaction Saved Search 
2. Click on Criteria Tab
3. Go to Standard Subtab > Select the following Filters:
   • Type > Select Item Fulfillment
   • Applied To Transaction Fields… > Select Type > Type = any of > Set Sales Order
4. Click on Results Tab
5. Go to Columns Subtab > Add the following Field:
   • Applied To Transaction Fields… > Select Memo
     Note: This column will display the Description coming from the related Sales Order
   • Add more Fields as needed
6. Click on Save & Run
