Field missing in CSV Field Mapping

Follow the steps below to ensure the field is visible on the CSV Import Field Mapping:

  1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms or Transaction Forms
  2. Edit/Customize the Form 
  3. Under Fields, Screen Fields, or Sublist Fields make sure:
    • Show box is checked for the custom field
    • Display Type = Normal
  4. Click Save
  1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Entity Fields or Transaction Body Fields
  2. Edit Custom Field
  3. Under Display subtab make sure that the Display Type = Normal
  4. Click Save
